My visit to the hotel was primarily for a relaxing getaway, and I was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. Everything from the early check-in to the friendly staff contributed to a delightful stay. I was particularly taken with the excellent shower facilities; the strong water pressure made for a refreshing experience. The tranquil atmosphere, despite being above a lively pub, ensured a restful retreat. The location across from Richmond station added to the convenience.
